Can I collect the hire items?

Collection may be available from our High Ongar warehouse by prior arrangement. Please include your preferred collection and return times with your enquiry.

What information do you need for an accurate quotation?

Please send the event date, full venue address and postcode, timings, approximate guest numbers or quantities, access information and the items or theme required.

Does sending an enquiry confirm my booking?

No. We check availability, delivery requirements and all event details before sending a quotation. Your booking is only confirmed after the required deposit has been received.

Can you provide a complete coordinated setup?

Yes. Furniture, soft play, inflatables, balloons, backdrops, graphics, props and personalised details can be combined into a coordinated event setup.
