Little Party Hire is a trading style of Les Enfants Parties Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 04860306.

We provide delivery and collection for event hire orders across London and surrounding areas.

Delivery & collection charges

Delivery and collection costs are quoted separately and are postcode dependent.

Please provide the full venue postcode and event details when requesting a quotation so that we can confirm the correct logistics charge.

What affects the delivery cost

The final delivery and collection price may vary depending on:

  • venue postcode
  • distance from our base
  • size and quantity of hire items
  • access restrictions
  • stairs or lift access
  • distance from parking or loading areas
  • parking charges, permits or congestion charges
  • timed delivery or collection requirements
  • late-night or out-of-hours collections
  • additional crew requirements
  • specialist setup or dismantling requirements

Any additional logistics charges will normally be confirmed in your quotation or booking confirmation.

Delivery timings

Delivery and collection times will be agreed as part of your booking.

Where a specific timed delivery or collection is requested, this may attract an additional charge.

We recommend allowing suitable flexibility around delivery and collection times due to traffic, access restrictions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Venue access

The customer is responsible for providing accurate access information before the event.

Please tell us in advance if the venue has:

  • stairs
  • no lift access
  • restricted loading times
  • limited parking
  • security procedures
  • narrow access
  • long carrying distances
  • specific delivery instructions

If access is significantly different from the information provided, additional labour or waiting charges may apply.

Parking and loading

Where possible, suitable parking or a loading area should be available close to the venue.

Any parking charges, permits, fines caused by venue instructions or access restrictions may be passed on where appropriate.

Setup and collection

Some items include setup as part of the quoted service, while others may require an additional setup or dismantling fee.

This will be stated in your quotation.

Customers must ensure that hire items are available and accessible for collection at the agreed time.

Delays

We will always use reasonable efforts to meet agreed timings.

However, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, accidents, severe weather, venue restrictions or other force majeure events.

We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible if we become aware of a significant delay.
